Announcement for the 2nd Enlarged Congress of the Second Asian Egg Association Board and the 4th International

Egg Technology Symposium

(First Call)

 

　　一、会议背景( (Background) )

　　亚洲蛋品协会（Asian Egg Association）自 2009 年 12 月成立以来，已有亚洲15 个国家与地区的 130 多名会员，相继在香港、武汉、马六甲（马来西亚）、台湾成功召开协会第一届会员代表大会第一至第四次理事扩大会议，会议期间举办了著名专家讲座与学术交流，有效地推动了亚洲相关国家与地区蛋品加工产业与贸易发展，促进了各国蛋品同行的交流与合作，共同探讨了禽蛋产业中重大关键技术问题, 推进了会员企业参与国际市场竞争，引导社会各界认识与关注禽蛋产业的重要性，发挥了良好的积极作用。

　　Founded in December,2009, Asian Egg Association has included more than 130

members from 13 different countries and regions in Asia. A series of conferences have been held successfully in Hong Kong, Wuhan, Malacca (Malaysia) and Taiwan from the 1 st Enlarged Congress of the First Board to the 4 th .During these conferences there were lectures given by well-known experts and academic seminars where key technical problems in the egg industry had been discussed, which effectively promoted the development of the egg processing industry and trade in Asian countries and regions,the exchanges and cooperation among the counterparts and the participation of member companies in international market competition, guided the community to understand and focus on the importance of the egg industry, and played a positive role.

　　根据 2016 年 11 月在台湾召开的协会第二届会员代表大会第一次理事扩大会议决定，经过秘书长多次协商与沟通，拟于 2018 年 4-5 月在日本东京召开协会第二届理事会第二次扩大会议，并同期举办第四届国际蛋品科技研讨会。

　　According to the decision made by the 1st Enlarged Congress of the Second Asian Egg Association Board in Taiwan, after consultation and communication by the Secretary General, the 2nd Enlarged Congress of the Second Asian Egg Association Board and the 4th International Egg Technology Symposium will be held in Tokyo, April-May 2018.

　　二、会议内容 (Contents)

　　1、总结 2016 年 11 月台湾会议以来，协会工作进展、成绩、问题及近期重点工作内容（To summarize the progress, achievements, problems and recent key work of the association since the Taiwan Conference in November 2016）；

　　2、颁发亚洲蛋品协会第二届理事会主席、副主席、常务理事、理事、正副秘书长等任职聘书（To issue the letter of appointment to the chairman, vice chairman, executive director, director, (deputy) secretary general, etc. of the Second Asian Egg Association Board）；

　　3、给亚洲蛋品协会团体会员单位授铜牌（To grant bronze medal to group member units of Asian Egg Association）；

　　4、讨论评选亚洲著名蛋品企业及亚洲著名蛋品品牌等事宜（To discuss the selection of well-known Asian egg enterprises and Asian famous egg brand and other matters）；

　　5、召开第四届国际蛋品科技研讨会。该研讨会相继于 2013 年武汉、2015 年南京、2016 年南昌召开，从第四届开始将在世界不同国家与地区召开（To held the fourth session of the International Egg Technology Symposium，(Previous ones have been held in Wuhan in 2013,in Nanjing in 2015, and in Nanchang in 2016. From this time on, the following conferences will be held in different countries and regions）；

　　6、讨论 2019 年在韩国或印度举办第二届理事会第三次扩大会议暨第五届国际蛋品科技大会事宜（To discuss the related matters of holding the 3rd Enlarged Congress of the Second Asian Egg Association Board and the 5th International Egg Technology Symposium in South Korea or India in 2019）；

　　7、探讨一带一路和海上丝绸之路蛋品行业可以合作的事项、国际贸易、文化交流与科技合作（To explore cooperation matters, international trade, cultural exchange and scientific and technological cooperation in egg industry in the areas of Maritime Silk Road and the Belt and Road）；

　　8、考察日本东京、大阪、名古屋、京都等多地蛋品科研单位及生产企业（To visit egg research units and production enterprises in Tokyo, Osaka, Nagoya, Kyoto, etc.）。

　　三、会议规模、时间、地点 （The scale, date and address ）

　　会议规模：本次会议代表人数约 60-80 人规模，参会者须提前办理护照、签证等手续。

　　Scale: The attendance limit is 60 to 80. Participants need to handle the Japanese VISA in advance.

　　会议时间：预计 2018 年 4 月-5 月召开，会期 7 天（含业务考察）

　　Date: It is expected to be held from April to May in 2018 and will be held for 7 days(including business trip.）

　　会议地点：日本 东京 （具体会议宾馆见第二轮通知）

　　Address: Tokyo, Japan (more details will be in second call).

　　四、会议语言 （Languages ）

　　会议语言确定为英文、中文。

　　六、注意事项( (Notice) )

　　1、会议按国际惯例收取注册费，差旅交通费、食宿费、业务考察费等自理（There is registration fee in terms of international practice and participants are expected to cover their travel,accommodation and business study themselves）；

　　2、请于 2017 年 11 月 30 日前提交参会回执-见附件。收到会议回执后发邀请函

（Please fill in and submit the Return Receipt ，refer to the attachment file)before November 30st,2017. The letter of invitation will be sent to the participant once we receive your Return Receipt）；

　　3、请各位参会代表提前办理护照及签证（Please handle your passport and VISA in

advance）；

　　4、请会议代表注意人身、财产安全（It is better to act in group to ensure the personal and property safety.）。
